Moscow’s Sokolniki Park to host Treasures of the North 2016 exhibition and fair

On April 28 — May 2, 2016, Moscow's Sokolniki Park will host the Treasures of the North 2016 exhibition and fair. The program will feature the 11th Nomads of the North national festival of indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East and the fourth Polar Stylefestival of ethnic fashion.

The fair will also feature the North Nomad Camp exhibition with Khanty, Nenets, and Evenki chums tents and Chukchi yarangas.

The business program will include the presentation of regional exhibits, meetings with artists, roundtables and conferences on current problems of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Russian Far East.

The sponsors of the exhibition are, in particular, the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East and the Russian Union of Artists. The event will take place in Pavilion No. 2 at the Sokolniki Congress and Exhibition Center.
