The 13^th Offshore Upstream Development in Russia and CIS international conference will take place in Moscow on May 20, 2016. During the event, experts will discuss strategies of studying and developing the oil and gas potential of the continental shelf in light of the current financial and economic situation in the country and the modern technology of developing offshore fields.

Over 150 delegates take part in the conference every year, among them representatives of federal and regional government authorities, employees of domestic and foreign operator companies, and scientists.
