The Northern Maritime Museum is located on the North Dvina embankment in Arkhangelsk. The exposition is devoted to the exploration of the Arctic, polar studies and the history of navigation and shipbuilding in Pomorye.

Visitors feel the maritime atmosphere of this museum at the entrance where ship parts, anchors, buoys and on-board cannons are displayed outside.

But this is just the beginning. If you walk inside, you will hear the sound of the waves and will feel like an Arctic navigator.
The sound, light and an enormous frame of a ship in the center of the museum will impress any visitor.
