On November 19-20, the Russian Academy of Sciences will host the 2nd Open Arctic International Scientific Conference, part of the Arctic Days in Moscow Federal Arctic Forum. Taking part in the event are leading experts and scientists from Russia, the United Kingdom, Norway, and other countries.
