A 1,056 square meter Victory Banner has been unfurled at the North Pole for the 71st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The ceremony was attended by a delegation from the special peacekeeping mission, “The Largest Victory Banner” and members of the Barneo ice station.
