Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic

Born November 17, 1987 in Odintsovo, Moscow Region. 2009: Graduated from the Odintsovo University cum laude with a degree in State and Municipal Management.

Since 2009: Deputy Rector for Innovation and Science of the Odintsovo University.

2010: Elected to the Council of Deputies of the Odintsovo Municipal District; from 2012: Chair of the Odintsovo Municipal District Civic Chamber.

June 12, 2013: Co-founded the Russian Popular Front. 2013: Appointed first deputy head of the Odintsovo Municipal District Administration.

September 2014: Won the selection to the Far East management team held by the Agency of Strategic Initiatives and appointed deputy director of the Department of the Territorial and Socioeconomic Development at the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic.

December 2015: Director of the Department for the Implementation of Investment Projects at the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic.

October 7, 2016: Appointed Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic by Government Directive No.2127-r.
