Mikhail Mishustin: The Government will expand support for petrochemical clusters in the Arctic
The Government has approved a roadmap that will expand support for the development of petrochemical clusters in the Arctic zone, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting.
"As per the President’s instruction, we are expanding support for the development of petrochemical clusters in the Russian Arctic in direct proximity to mineral deposits," he said at a meeting with deputy prime ministers.
The prime minister noted that such a decision would provide a multiplier effect for a number of related industries and would also facilitate long-term economic growth.
