Vice Chair of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (supreme legislative authority) Alecken Eminbahe will visit Russia on April 8-12 to take part in The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue 5^th International Artic Forum, according to TASS News Agency referring to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"Vice Chair of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Alecken Eminbahe will visit Russia at the Russian government's invitation from April 8 to 12 in order to participate in the 5^th International Arctic Forum," said the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson at a scheduled briefing.

The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue 5^th International Arctic Forum will be held in St. Petersburg on April 9 and April 10.
