Vladimir Putin has sent his greetings to participants and guests of Arctic Days in Moscow Federal Arctic Forum

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a greeting telegram to the participants and guests of the "Arctic Days in Moscow" Federal Arctic Forum held on November 19-21.

"I am happy that your forum is continuing its traditions in reuniting people of various ages, professions and hobbies at its venues in Moscow today, and that it offers them a memorable, eventful and interesting programme," reads the president's message published on the Kremlin website. "Arctic Days has always been a kaleidoscope of exciting events, scientific discussions, business and artistic meetings."

The president also underlined that the forum is part of a serious professional dialogue between Russian and foreign experts on the developing of the Arctic and preserving both its nature and its historical, ethnographic and cultural heritage.

Putin said the forum would certainly be a positive and constructive event and would produce new ambitious projects and initiatives.
