New members have been appointed to the State Commission for Arctic Development, including Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Northwestern Federal District Alexander Beglov, Deputy State Duma Speaker Olga Yepifanova, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Andrei Chibis and First Deputy Director General and Director for Corporate Development and International Business at the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Kirill Komarov.
