Rogozin: Sanctions against Russia have not affected cooperation in the Arctic

Sanctions introduced by western countries against Russia have not affected international cooperation in the Arctic, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin in an interview with the Russia-24 TV channel.

"The Arctic is definitely an area where international cooperation has been fully preserved, and this cannot be otherwise, because, irrespective of what country's passport they hold, experts of Polar expeditions work in conditions in which they need to help each other. This is the law of the Arctic," Mr. Rogozin said.
