Young scientists in the Polar region have been added to the list of participants in the "Home in the Arctic" program, a resolution to this effect was adopted by the government of the Murmansk Region.

Now young specialists will be able to count on a lump sum payment of 1.5 million rubles for the construction or purchase of a house or a prefabricated house. The terms being offered for registering the right of ownership have been increased: up to three years to build a house and up to 1.5 years for prefabricated houses.

"Another change concerns the terms of certificate submission to the agent bank:  three months from the date of receipt. In addition, those program participants who received certificates before these changes were adopted, must present the certificates within three months from the effective date of this ruling," says a statement on the Murmansk Region website.
