On October 31, St. Petersburg will host an Arctic Day quest and quiz event. It will feature exciting tasks, interesting facts, a photo zone and prizes. The organizers will present topical information on the environment, politics, the region's socio-economic development and culture.

"There is a lot of talk about the Arctic in the world today. It is of crucial importance to understand that it is today's youth who will be the driving force of change, especially concerning such globally discussed issues as environmental pollution, climate change and the threat of large military conflicts," the organizers said.

They added that television is not a popular source of information among young people and so the quest in the club Playloft GaGa may be an interesting platform for an educational event.

"This project is needed for both educational purposes and for determining the sentiments and opinions of young people on the Arctic region," the organizers note.

Participation is free but users have to pay a fixed price for visiting the loft.
