The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue 5th International Arctic Forum took place in St Petersburg on April 9-10. Over 3,600 representatives of Russian and international businesses and government agencies from the world's leading countries attended. A total of 30 agreements to the tune of 69.8 billion rubles were signed at the forum.
