The Arctic Dialogue at the Global Level international conference will take place on June 16-17, 2015, during the 18th forum of the University of the Arctic, at Buryatiya State University.

The conference focuses on the problems and development prospects for the Arctic region; exploration of natural resources in the Arctic; environmental and security issues; promotion of traditional lifestyles and languages of indigenous peoples; and improvement of education, healthcare and social infrastructure in the Arctic areas.

Representatives of executive and legislative bodies are expected to participate in the conference, as well as the Russian Geographical Society, leading research institutions, and over 100 organizations of the University of the Arctic.

The conference will publish a collection of research papers.
