On March 14, 2018 the Fifth International Conference "Fishery in the Arctic: Modern Challenges, International Expertise and Prospects" and the 18^th fishing industry exhibition "Sea. Resources. Technologies" will take place in Murmansk. 

The year 2018 is a new historical period in the Russian fishing sector that will start with distributing fishing quotas among national fisheries. Among other things, this is expected to step up the construction of fishing vessels in Russia and the development of coastal fish processing facilities, and promote international cooperation in this area.

It is expected that over 100 officials and representatives of the business community and public organizations from Russia, Norway, Iceland, the Netherlands and Belgium will attend the conference.

On March 13-14, the eve of the conference, participants will be able to visit the 18^th fishing industry exhibition "Sea. Resources. Technologies."
