Moscow’s Arctic and Antarctic forum postponed due to coronavirus

The international forum, Arctic and Antarctic Days in Moscow, has been moved to this fall due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"For the first time in the 10-year history of the forum, it has had to be postponed. It was due to begin on March 20, in Moscow. This year's program is quite special and will include high-profile business and outstanding cultural events. It will bring together many creative groups and participants from Arctic regions, and foreign representatives," the press service of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment reported.

It also pointed out that the forced postponing of the forum will provide the organizers with an opportunity to make the program even more interesting and event-packed. The new date, as well as the updated program will be published on the forum's website.

The registration of the participants will be valid for the new dates as well.
