Public-private partnership can be effectively used in the Arctic

The public-private partnership approach can be used effectively in the Russian Arctic, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said at the 5th International Forum ‘The Arctic: Present and Future.'

"I hope that once the law on public-private partnership comes into force on January 1, 2016, and the legal amendments are introduced, it [the mechanism] will start to produce results in the Arctic above all," RIA Novosti quoted Rogozin as saying.

He added that he expected various forms and models of public-private partnership to be employed in the Russian Arctic.
