Moscow hosts Russian North youth forum
Russian North youth forum of the indigenous minorities of the Russian North, Siberia and Far East has opened in Moscow.
The event will create a platform for supporting youth initiatives, promoting the activity of the Youth Council of the Association of the Indigenous Minorities and encouraging the personal self-fulfillment of indigenous young people.
Around 100 representatives of indigenous peoples from the Murmansk Region, the Yamal-Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous areas, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and other Russian regions are taking part in the forum that will run through December 9.
