On November 22, 2022, PetroCongress in St. Petersburg will host the Human Resources for the Arctic conference.

The event will offer career guidance to young people in St. Petersburg, and its participants will prioritize the training of professionals for the Russian Arctic and St. Petersburg companies manufacturing goods for Extreme North regions. The business program will feature a foresight session and a case tournament for trainees focusing on the Arctic.

The speakers and participants will include representatives of science and academia, research and production companies in St. Petersburg, government agencies in St. Petersburg and Russian Arctic regions, and experts, as well as students from St. Petersburg universities and secondary vocational training schools.
