On July 24, 2015, Yakutia Airlines will launch a new flight on the Yakutsk-Anadyr-Yakutsk route with a transfer in Magadan, Arctic-Info reports. Yakutia Airlines will use Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 aircraft with 72 economy class seats for the route.

As Anadyr is located at the Russian border, an entry permit is required to arrive there. A border area entry permit can be issued to foreign and Russian nationals at the point of departure within 60 days of applying.
