In the next three months the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic plans to draft laws in support of investment projects for the development of the Northern Sea Route and the Arctic zone, Minister Alexander Kozlov told journalists.

"In a short period of time, about three months, we need to develop a draft law that would include all possible tax benefits so that investors could see what opportunities they could use under the current legislation," Kozlov said.

He also noted that companies that were going to implement their projects in the Northern Sea Route and the Arctic shelf zone must not only be supported by benefits but also by guaranteeing stable long-term tariffs.
