Arctic Days in Moscow Federal Arctic Forum to be held in November

On November 19-21, Moscow will host the Arctic Days in Moscow Federal Arctic Forum. The event will be organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment with the support of the Russian Geographical Society, the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Moscow Government, the Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The forum will include a series of cultural, scientific, and business events devoted to Arctic issues: conferences, forums, film festivals, photo and art exhibitions, Polar Explorer Day and others. The forum will also include a news conference at the TASS News Agency, the second Open Arctic international scientific conference, the Arctic Business Climate Forum and the Arctic photo exhibition.

The forum aims to draw attention to the natural, historical and cultural sites in the Arctic, increase the attractiveness of tourism in Russia's Extreme North, and establish a constructive dialogue on resolving environmental problems in the Arctic.
