The establishment of a united transport and logistics operator in the Russian Arctic will be discussed at a joint meeting of the research and expert council and the business council of the State Commission for Arctic Development. The meeting will take place on April 19, 2016, the commission's official website reports.

Participants will develop recommendations which are to be discussed at the next meeting of the commission.
