A new data processing center will open in the Arkhangelsk Region
A new data processing center will be built in the Arkhangelsk Region that will allow companies and organizations in any industry to develop IT services.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, Industry and Science, the Regional Development Agency of the Arkhangelsk Region, and Key Point Group of Companies signed an agreement on the processing center on the sidelines of the 8th Eastern Economic Forum.
Plans call for a Tier III reliability level data center in Arkhangelsk, which will allow enterprises and organizations in any industry to develop IT services. The center will include equipment rentals and information security services. The main goal of the agreement is to create advanced digital infrastructure in Pomorie. It is planned to attract funds under state support measures in the Arctic zone for the project.
Yevgeny Virtser, co-founder of Key Point Group of Companies, noted that they have positive experience in building advanced data centers in the territory.
